Recently, a series of multiplier events have been organised in each of the partner countries. These events connected and inspired the audience present: women with disabilities willing to develop their entrepreneurial and digital skills, women with disabilities who want to help other women with disabilities to expand and/or learn their entrepreneurial and digital skills, training organisations for people with disabilities and professionals (job counsellors, mentors and educators, among others), women entrepreneurs and associations of women with disabilities.

The first event was held on 15 December at the Instituto Universitário Atlântica in Barcarena, Portugal by EIA S.A – Educação, Investigação e Admnistração S.A. During the event, all project partners had the opportunity to participate and personally present the results of the developed products.

Attendees were enthusiastic to support the cause of equality and inclusion, as well as to learn about the project’s activities and tools.

Fundación Docete Omnes held the event on 19 January at the Casa de la Juventud in La Zubia, Granada. A group of experts in the digital and business fields were brought together as speakers along with an audience interested in these topics. Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a successful female entrepreneur with a disability? The Erasmus Plus Project “Wonder Women Works” has just launched a video titled “Audio-visual Storytelling for Women with Disabilities” to answer this question and more.

The video highlights the essential aspects of case studies collected through interviews with disabled women entrepreneurs, as well as best practices of social digital entrepreneurship. This 49-minute video serves as a self-based and distance learning tool, inspiring individual, and collective reflection on organizational innovation.

What makes this video unique is that each country participating in the project has created their own video in their language, based on two analysed case studies from the three interviews conducted with disabled women entrepreneurs. This approach allows for a broader understanding of how female entrepreneurship and social networks can lead to successful innovations in different countries and contexts.

The “Audio-visual Storytelling for Women with Disabilities” video is not only a significant contribution to promoting modelling learning, but it also demonstrates that women with disabilities can be successful entrepreneurs with the right support. The video inspires women to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and highlights how social networks can play a vital role in their success.

The video encourages viewers to visualize the theoretical and practical contents proposed in the “Wonder Women Works” course, inspiring them to replicate and transfer behaviours and innovations.

The Erasmus Plus Project “Wonder Women Works” is a project focused on empowering women with disabilities and promoting their participation in entrepreneurship. The project aims to create an inclusive and supportive environment for women with disabilities to become successful entrepreneurs. In conclusion, the “Audio-visual Storytelling for Women with Disabilities” video is a valuable resource for anyone interested in entrepreneurship, disability studies, or social networks. The video’s innovative approach to self-based and distance learning, best practices, and practical examples make it an invaluable resource for aspiring entrepreneurs. Don’t wait! LATEST UPDATES FROM THE PROJECT

WWW project is going on well!
We planned and started the development of the different Project results to ensure a smooth development.

Partners have been working together and having different online meetings to track and control that the work is done.

PARTNER’S MEETING IN RZÉSZÓW

From 18 to 19 November, partners had a meeting in Rzeszów, Poland with Viva Femina Foundation as host. All the group analized the feedback from the LTTA regarding each Project Result and set new deadlines to keep up with the work.

LTTA IN GRANADA
From 19th to 23rd September, the LTTA was held in Granada with the coordination of our host Fundación Docete Omnes and the rest of the partners.
Participants for each partner country were involved to give the consortium a feedback on how each Project Result is planned. With their direct feedback and perspectives as women with disabilities who are starting their own entrepreneurship, we can now imrpove our materials and start working more deeply.

During this LTTA we also record interviews to these participants which will be included in the Project Result 1.

WELCOME TO WWW PROJECT

SUMMER 2022 NEWSLETTER

The WWW project kicked off on 4th and 5th of May 2022.
During this meeting the project partners discussed the next
steps that would be taken for the project. A monthly online
partner meeting was set up so that the partners could share
any advances they had made and to help upcoming events
such as the LTTA in Granada and general project
organisation.

The LTTA in Granada will aimed at the target group of the
project which are women entrepreneurs with disabilities or
in risk of social exclusion. The LTTA will aim at equipping the
project team members with deep understanding and
reflection on the concept and will serve as preparatory
training on how to organize and train the disabled women.
The activities during the training will also cast a light on the
necessary elements to be included in the video scripts and
that would bring benefit to the course.

The participants will undergo training based on results
elaborated by the consortium and evaluate them and
provide feedback on development of beta versions of the
Project Results. The following are the project expected
